Betradar Innovates with Live Streaming Solution via Live Channel Online
Betradar’s Live Channel, launched initially for land-based operations last year, has added a new product called Live Channel Online. The new service aims to provide live streaming solution for both online and mobile sportsbook facilities operating globally, augmenting the provision of trading, gaming, and front-end data visualization services.
According to Betradar, Live Channel Online Service is offering over 5,000 international sporting events, and likely to expand at the right time. The innovation will allow online bookmakers to meet their customers’ demand for information matching data presentations, and therefore stimulating betting interests and activities.
After all, providing customers with live images of international sports matches, in conjunction with the in-play betting offers will likely increase the duration of the time spent by customers at the website. The availability of a live sporting event coverage streamed directly in the betting operator’s website, enables punters to follow the flow of the sports action continuously, while making betting decisions or carrying on with the betting transactions.
In a scenario where punters can view the match in real time and while directly connected to the bookmaker’s live odds, the possibilities of increasing the related betting activities are great. Live Channel services for online and mobile are furnished by way of Betradar’s in-house Live Player technology.
Erik Lorenz, Managing Director of Betradar explained that live streaming is still an important element in bringing sports betting entertainment, and it is Betradar’s goal “to set new standards with the Live Channel.” Lorenz says the company believes that their Live Channel portfolio will enable bookmakers throughout the globe to enhance offers. “The enrichment of live streams with Betradar’s betting stimulating live data and gaming solutions provides a completely unique level of customer entertainment to punters.”
More importantly, Betradar’s flexible packaging and pricing structure makes live streaming an “affordable and business driving product for any online bookmaker.” In fact, the company disclosed that 10 clients have already signed up in advance for taking on Betradars’ Live Channel Online Service, naming Bet365, Favbet and Parimatch as examples.
